All sales spots for the upcoming season at Lordi Square and the pedestrian street are currently reserved. Although there has been high demand for these spots, it has not been possible to rent them to everyone who wanted one. When renting spots, it is important to consider not only their location in the area, but also to ensure smooth winter maintenance and sufficient electricity for the sales stalls.
As usual, Christmas trees, a Christmas crib, and Christmas lights installed by the City of Rovaniemi will be coming to the pedestrian street for the coming winter. Christmas preparations will begin in early November.
Reserving daytime spots
However, individual daytime spots can be rented for various events during the winter. When reserving daily spots, please note that there is no power supply available. For small electrical needs, power can be obtained from the sockets on the lampposts.
